Meet the Team
Mike Pennock MSc MRICS
Director
Mike is the director responsible for acquiring land, securing funding, and successfully implementing and delivering projects.
As a chartered surveyor specialising in planning and development, Mike has worked for and led teams at several of Europe’s largest property development consultancies. He provides landowners, promoters, housebuilders, and investment funds with strategies for their assets.
As a consultant, he has advised on more than 25,000 residential plots with a land value in excess of £1.6bn and brokered more than 21,000 residential plots with a total land value in excess of £1bn. Mike has also run a strategic land division of one of Britain’s largest national housebuilders to help deliver more than 17,000 houses per annum.
Outside of work, Mike is a keen sportsman who always looks for an adventure.
Roger Pennock
Director
Roger is the director responsible for the day-to-day financial running of the business.
As a graduate engineer and qualified Chartered Accountant, Roger has spent more than thirty years working in the construction industry. He has led several large joint ventures, developing commercial properties.
Roger was the finance director and deputy Managing Director of a national contractor for 15 years, growing the business to an annual turnover of more than £500m. Roger was a key part of the successful sale of the business to an international construction company.
Since retiring in 2007, Roger has held various non-executive roles, assisting firms with strategy and profitability as well as helping found Baddow Estates Limited.
Outside of work, Roger is a keen skier and sailor with a love for the outdoors.
